While it’s called permanent jewelry, it’s not meant to be indestructible. Permanent jewelry is meant to last but it will break off if enough force is applied (this is for your safety!)

We’ll custom fit the chain to you & attach it with a simple zap (you won’t even feel it!). We use the highest quality welder on the market—the Orion mPulse Pulse Arc Welder fitted with argon gas for the strongest and cleanest weld.

It stays on for as long as you want it to! If for whatever reason you’d like to take it off, simply snip it at the weld (the little ring that holds the chain together) and save it if you’d like for us to re-weld it in the future. To cut it off, we recommend using scissors, nail clippers, or wire cutters. Contact us to schedule a re-weld appointment.

Absolutely! Our metals are durable & long-lasting. We recommend limiting extended exposure to chlorine & remember to always rinse your pieces with fresh water after a dip in the pool or hot tub!

We offer a weld guarantee that ensures the integrity of your weld. However, stuff happens! Although it’s designed to be permanent, that does not mean that it’s unbreakable. Our weld guarantee covers free repairs for any Honey Koshka permanent jewelry that breaks at the weld within 30 days of purchase. If your jewelry breaks at any other area besides the weld, we can repair it on a case by case basis for a small fee. Contact us to schedule a re-weld appointment. We are not responsible for lost jewelry or charms.

Sterling silver is prone to oxidation in certain conditions. The most usual suspects being hot tub chemicals, cleaning chemicals, natural hot springs, humidity, & even your pH levels. If your permanent jewelry happens to tarnish, our Honey Koshka polishing cloths will shine it right back up.
